What is your return policy?

Due to our products coming in contact with bodily fluids, there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or credit given on shipped products.

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow a 2-3 day processing period after placing your order. Please keep in mind, if you place an order FRIDAY-SUNDAY your order will be shipped out between that following MONDAY-TUESDAY. Once you receive a tracking number, the item has been placed in possession of our shipping handler and it is no longer our responsibility. You will need to contact USPS for further tracking information and claims.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. All payments must be made through the website.

What is your pick-up policy?

PICK UP IS NOW LOCATED IN LAUDERHILL, FL!

Once you have placed your order, please wait until you receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up with pick up instructions. Please be sure to include an email and phone number when choosing pick-up option.

It is your responsibility to read our policies and follow the guidelines. If you fail to do so, We will instruct you to return once your product is packaged and ready.
